Sagility - Manager - External Communications (2-4 yrs)

- Partner with VP of Global Brand & Corporate Communications on various aspects of Sagility's communications.

- Support initiatives towards external talent communications, recruitment communications, social media communications, corporate brand communications, CSR communications, and strategic internal projects.

- Demonstrate strong content writing skills cutting across executive communications, strategic business messaging, social media posts etc.

- Key player in shaping Sagility's social media strategy, messaging, and execution, whilst partnering with internal colleagues and leaders.

- Partner with HR & TA teams as well as regional Communications teams globally in shaping Sagility's external communications.

- Take operational responsibility of writing social media post content, shape social media calendar and campaigns, and contribute towards creating a strong engaging brand.

- Partner with VP of Brand & Corp Comms in supporting the US-based growth marketing teams to leverage offshore design, production, and other capabilities to enhance Sagility's brand in the US whilst building an internal one-team approach in the process.

- Ability to understand and influence strategy whilst driving excellence in execution.

- Doer mindset and team-player.
