We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional with 7-9 years of experience to join our Business Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving budgeting, financial planning, and revenue analysis, along with providing insights into mergers and acquisitions (M & A) activities.

As part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP & A) function, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making for the organization.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with operational plans.

• Revenue Analysis:

  • Analyze revenue trends and variances to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance revenue performance and profitability.

• Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and ROI evaluations.
  • Develop and track key financial metrics and dashboards.

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M & A):

  • Support due diligence processes and evaluate potential M & A opportunities.
  • Assist in post-merger integration and financial restructuring as required.

• FP & A Activities:

  • Prepare detailed financial models and reports to support decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to achieve organizational objectives.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with leadership and functional teams to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a key financial advisor to support organizational growth initiatives.
