Candidate should be Managed Supply planning role with team & Knowledge of Pharma production and Scheduling
Hands on Experience of Microsoft Office, SAP and Kinaxis with below processes but not limited to.
- Demand vs Supply plan
- Resource constraint mapping and evaluation
- Material planning through Kinaxis

- Inventory Management
Experience of working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Good communication skills to have seamless co-ordination with other functions like Demand planning, NPL, Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality
Co-ordination with different functions for getting Market Requirements and Ensuring timely Material availability, Product availability. Co-ordination with different functions to ensure Operational efficient and cost-efficient production.
Soft Skills like Decision making, Handling complex scenarios, Conflict management
