Junior OHS&E (Electrical) Manager

We are executing the Power Supply and SCADA works for the Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) Phase-II (Corridor 3 & 5

As per the Contract with CMRL, we need to deploy one Junior OHS&E " Electrical Manager" having qualification in Degree in Electrical Engineering. This Candidate should have experience of 2 to 3 years in Electrical safety from the Construction Field .

Also the Candidate should have the Valid "C" License issued from the Govt. Licensing board. This requirement is must for this OHS&E Electrical manager.

Following will be the EHS Requirement

• Facilitate in establishing EHS requirements at workplace.
• Ensure the implementation of the EHS management system
• Conducting regular site EHS inspections & report the finding for corrective action.
• Act as catalyst for the project EHS committee activities.
• Review & appraise the site EHS performance and facilitate for improvement.
• Ensure the proactive performance monitoring through systems such as key performance indicator on EHS.
• Accountable for appraising the management for project EHS plan implementation.
• Timely reporting of EHS shortcoming to project manager
• Monitor the evaluation of compliance to legal requirements at the prescribed frequency.
• Physical access to all areas of the site to perform surveys, inspection, or other site safety related activities.
