Job Description
Co-ordination with CLIENTS, CONSULTANT &SUBCONTRACTORS.
Preparing daily progress reports and updates. Monitoringon site, avoiding wastage of material and manpower at site.
Preparing Joint Measurement Records (JMR), VerbalInstruction Confirmation (VIC), Request for Information (RFI) for solving thesite-documental issues & works.
Inspection of Scaffold Systems before starting any work.
Conducting safety inspections daily and weekly &maintaining safety standards as per EHS plan.
Executing all the works as per the Quality Standards andfor the satisfaction of the client.
Inspection of Materials like Underground construction(Basement, Grade slab) Form Works, Steel Structures, Architectural Materials,Entrance Portal Steel Structures Materials etc., for construction of thevarious Projects.
Conducting Site meeting with supervisor and Juniorengineers for daily & weekly progress review.
Assuring the quality of reinforcement fabrication, Form work, Concrete repair, Water proofing, Excavation & Back filling work asper the project specifications. Execution of rebarinstallation/fabrication in accordance to approved shop drawings. > PreparingMonthly subcontractors bills & also helps to client bills.
Supervision and inspection at site for sub structures/super structures civil works such as, foundation, ground slab, columns, beams,roof slab and lift walls, core walls etc.,
Supervision and inspection at site for sub structures/super structures architectural works such as, block works, plastering,painting, floor granite, ceiling etc.,.
Reconciliation of Major Construction Materials &Consumables for my part of the work.
Handing over of Building Work area to the Client &SCs and maintaining Documents.

HR policies and welfare of employees is good, Timely salary, Good corporate culture and work environment. Organization Management is very good and having excellent vision towards future.
Only problem is values only 1st tier management (GM and above ) and there is no value for opinion or input of others at all. There is no specific roles n responsibilities as regardless of your job, you have to do whatever your incharge says whether it is your job or not.
