Manager/ Sr. Manager - Rubber Seals (sealing, O rings, rubber gaskets)

Role & responsibilities :

Manager / Sr. Manager - Rubber Seals Production.

Provide leadership for Seals manufacturing plant and manage entire plant operations.

1 Production Planning & Control : Machines, raw material & manpower planning as per production schedule and ensure 100 % dispatch on time. Coordinate with PPC and ensure zero sales loss.

2. Quality Management: Plan and implement best quality management systems and achieve quality compliance targets.

3. Customer Coordination: Maintain cordial relations with customers and provide on time support. Ensure zero customer complaints.

4. Continual Improvements: Implement best industry practices and take initiatives to improve productivity, performance and morale.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/Diploma - Mechanical Engineer with min. 10 to 18 yrs of experience in Rubber Seals manufacturing. Sound knowledge of sealing products, O rings, rubber gaskets is must.
