We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson with at least 3 years of experience in the petrochemical or lubricants industry, specifically in the sale of Rubber Processing Oil (RPO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients in the rubber and automotive industries.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for RPO.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely delivery and post-sales support.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase sales volume.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and market conditions.
Provide regular feedback and sales forecasts to management, along with competitive analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery.
Prepare and present sales reports and projections to management.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales of Rubber Processing Oil or similar petrochemical products.
Strong understanding of the RPO market, its uses, and key customers (rubber, tire manufacturers, etc.).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
