Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Manager to join us in the Business team to focus on Wholesale
Financing / Deployment of Capital to other NBFCs / Corporates(Financial institutions).
You day to day task would be
- Relationship manager with entities we establish a lending relationship
- Able to be the single point of contact / RM between CS India and the entity
- Handling transactions end to end which includes leading due diligence efforts,
preparing credit appraisal notes, managing legal documentation along with post
disbursement monitoring
- Preparing internal & external presentations & materials
- Financial & business analysis as per our business requirements
- Working on research areas that is required for the business
