Owning up the planning and implementation of deployment under Wholesale lending vertical by carrying out the below.
- Identifying potential partners under this business vertical across asset classes. - Conducting preliminary analysis of the potential partners is carried out in order to finalize on conducting a diligence. - Anchoring the process of due diligence on the potential partners. - Closing out the commercial negotiations with the partners and maintaining the yield and revenue targets. - Preparing CAMs along with the financial analysis for the wholesale partners in a timely manner as well as presenting the same to the Credit Committee members. - Coordinating with the partners frequently; deepening relationships and building a brand for KSF among them. - Conducting quarterly monitoring process for the partners.
Professional Qualifications:
Should have background of the financial services industry esp. experience of 5-7 years in lending to financial services and corporates.
Should possess an experience of building newer alliances & should have the flair to grow business volumes by developing a long lasting relationships with the partners.
