Sr. Manager

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ASA & FTD required. Palo Alto Checkpoint or any other next-gen firewall experience will be an added advantage. Hands-on experience with Site-site VPN & DMVPN is required.

Responsibilities

Basic understanding of routing & switching technologies.

Responsible for the standardization and compliance of Firewall and VPN routers.

Should have strong knowledge in Venafi certificate management & Global scape SFTP product.

Knowledge in different IT infra technologies like Server Virtualization Routing and Switching Datacenter mgmt. and cloud platforms.

Should have good technical knowledge to participate effectively in troubleshooting and to derive the RCA.

Ability to manage and liaise with multiple stake holders in executing wide scale projects/programs.

Actively represent and manage internal and external audits.

Should have vision on the upcoming technologies and to inherit them quickly

Manage IT staff by recruiting training employees communicating job expectations and appraising their performance

Design develop implement and coordinate systems policies and procedures

Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Coordinate with OEM for products enhancements and implementation

Capable in problem solving conflict resolution and handling escalations effectively.

Certifications Required

Basic understanding of application flows Cloud connectivity packet capture & packet tracing etc.
