Hi All,


We are looking for a customer success manager to onboard and provide ongoing support to our wide range of clients in the financial services industry. The CSM will play the role of a consultant to partner with the clients to effectively use Account Aggregator to progress business goals. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships, retaining and growing client business, enabling growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Empathize with clients business needs and co-create appropriate use cases. Here, the ability to act and think from a client perspective is vital. This will involve:
    • Understanding and adding value to current user journey of the client and their customers
    • Exploring alternative user journeys to bring in effectiveness/cost saving/improved revenues etc. for the customer.
    • Engage proactively with them.
    • Use data and insights to add value to the customer
    • Build trust and promote customer loyalty.
  • Support pre-sales activities as and when required
  • Draft effective communication material (workflows, emails, internal requirement raising etc.) demonstrating good understanding of client needs and technical accuracy.
  • Support on technical aspects, such as client API integration, overseeing issue debugging during onboarding/go-live etc.
  • Conduct high-quality demos of current products and offerings to new and existing clients.
  • Ideate and implement improvements to product and process internally.
  • Be the conduit for feedback on the platform and offerings and work closely with the product team on the product development cycle.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Working for product-based companies and in the BFSI industry would be an added advantage
  • Sound technical problem-solving skills. Essential tools – SQL, Postman. Working knowledge of JIRA is good to have.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and handle escalations
  • Good cross-group collaboration skills
  • Effective project and process management, time management and personal organization.
  • Accountability and driving things to closure independently.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong passion for quality and performance.
