Business Integration Engineer - Energy Aspects, Kolkata

Purpose-

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Integration Engineer to join our dynamic Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing automation and integration across various platforms to streamline our business processes. This role will support all core business functions and their systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. The candidate will also be responsible for ad hoc projects that enrich the daily operations of a growing enterprise business.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design and implement integrations between business applications and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation, via APIs and other integration tools
• Automate business workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, including procurement, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across departments
• Provide technical support for integrated systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve existing processes and tools

Skills & Knowledge-

Desirable Experience:

• Experience using PowerBI to create reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and version control, from an Engineering background or similar
• Understanding of data privacy, regulatory and cybersecurity standards
• Hands on experience with hardware/IoT device automation and integration
