Oversee the overall performance of the General Ledger team and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met in accordance to the agreement.
JV posting, monthly closure & Group reporting done timely.
Statutory / Tax / Internal Audit requirements are fulfilled.
Internal Control for GL function is ensured
Lead, motivate and develop staff in GL team
Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders in all areas interacting with GL processes, with a view to ensuring operational efficiency.
