Manager - Internal Audit

Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Auditor to add value and improve our Customer experience operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to risk management, control, and governance processes. The candidate must possess good communication ability and a sound judgement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and control the full audit cycle of customer interactions including service voucher

management, pilferage control management and compliance w.r.t. applicable directives and

regulations laid out by IndiGo.

• Obtain, analyze and evaluate financial documentation and determine scope of improvement.
• Preparing compliance reports to ensure that everything has been done correctly according to rules set by industry standards.
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to identify loopholes and recommend risk

aversion measures and cost savings

• Maintain open communication with management and external audit committee.
• Document process and conduct follow up audits to monitor managements interventions
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding amends in rules, regulations, best

practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Auditor
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgement
• Experience in Hospitality or the Retail Industry will be an added advantage (not an essential

requirement).
