Job Synopsis:

We are looking for an Internal Auditor to add value and improve our Customer experience operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to risk management, control, and governance processes. The candidate must possess good communication ability and a sound judgement.

Responsibilities:

- Perform and control the full audit cycle of customer interactions including service voucher management, pilferage control management and compliance w.r.t. applicable directives and regulations laid out by IndiGo.

- Obtain, analyze and evaluate financial documentation and determine scope of improvement.

- Preparing compliance reports to ensure that everything has been done correctly according to rules set by industry standards.

- Act as an objective source of independent advice to identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.

- Maintain open communication with management and external audit committee.

- Document process and conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions.

- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding amends in rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

Requirements and skills:

- Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Auditor.

- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.

- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.

- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.

- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

- Sound independent judgement.

- Experience in Hospitality or the Retail Industry will be an added advantage (not an essential requirement).
