Cost Manager (Billing & QS)

Role & responsibilities

• Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) Billing - Reporting to Project Contracts Manager
• Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender
• Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
• BBS/QS/Tender Process/Rate Analysis
• Should have worked with A class Contractors/PMC/Cost Consultancy
• Worked on all Civil, Finishing, Façade, external development work.
• Need to do quantification from Auto Cad drawing and cross check BOQ, Intimate variances
• Read the contract conditions, Quantify Contractor measurements, re conciliations, Certificate of Payment.
• Expert level in AutoCad, Qty Take off, Bar bending schedule.
• Provide cash flow to relevant stake holders.
• Track BG, Advance, PBG, ABG, LC, follow up and escalate
• Regular project update Weekly, Monthly

Quantification

• Minimum 15 Years Experience, Worked for base build and fitout, completed at least 2 Projects
• B.E./B. Tech Civil Engineer
• Worked in a cost consultancy or PMC
• Work with the team
• Accommodating to Extended and shifts ( Turner will ensure Work-Life Balance and active caring)
• Good communication skill in English (PMC Standard)
