Management Trainee

Job Description:

• Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, feedback, and discussions with managers and employees.
• Support the design and development of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and manuals.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, venue arrangements, and training resources.
• Facilitate and co-facilitate training programs under the guidance of senior L&D professionals.
• Track and analyze training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is updated, and employees have access to relevant courses.
• Assist in the execution of leadership development programs, onboarding sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants to organize learning sessions and workshops.
• Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and best practices to enhance training offerings, incorporating AI-powered solutions for personalized learning experiences.
• Prepare reports and presentations on training activities, participation, and outcomes for management review.

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess Training reports (ROI, Learning Outcomes etc)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with an openness to adopting AI-driven learning methodologies.
