Job Description:

Essential Skillsets Required:

  • Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with timelines and audit standards.
  • Oversee onboarding, confirmations, and separations with timely documentation and processes.
  • Ensure accurate completion and submission of statutory forms like PF, ESIC, and Gratuity.
  • Implement standardized procedures, maintain trackers, and support audit readiness.

Vital Skillsets Required:

  • Plan induction programs and address absconding cases promptly.
  • Conduct engagement activities, manage employee grievances, and maintain holiday/engagement calendars.
  • Assist in administering appraisals and developing communication plans.
  • Coordinate training programs and support calendar preparation based on trends.
  • Create communication plans or organize camps for statutory awareness.
  • Manage resources like stationery for smooth process execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

  • Sound Knowledge:
  • End to end acquisition/recruitment process understanding
  • Strong understanding of the Indian Recruitment Market
  • In depth knowledge of sources of hiring.
  • Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook

  • People Skills:
  • Outspoken, strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Self organized with good time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Behavioral Attributes:
  • Team player
  • The drive, energy and persistence that are the hallmark of a great recruiter
  • Target-driven and self motivated attitude, must have the ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace
  • Capability of handling recruitment pressure
  • Ability to take initiative and an ownership driven approach
