Management Trainee - Finance

What you will work on:

• Conducting timely comprehensive analysis of the companys performance and preparing Management analysis presentation highlighting action items
• Supporting in Fund Raise Debt plus Equity This would involve understanding the requirements raised by Lenders and Investors and preparing analytical reports to address all of their requirements
• Supporting in the companys annual planning and monthly forecasting processes
• Addressing the requests received from the companys Auditors, Diligence Teams and compliance authorities
• In depth analysis of the companys Loan book Preparing various cuts for analysis and eventual release to external stakeholders
• Supporting in driving company profitability Taking up cost saving projects, identifying revenue leakages and helping management in decision support
• Supporting in Ind-AS related analytics – ECL, Guarantee Accounting, Direct Assignments etc

Qualification and Experience:

• 0- 1 Yrs of experience into finance
• Exposure of working in CA and Big4 firms
• CA Preferred
