Job Summary:
We seek skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. The role involves managing end to end customer inquiries post sales, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about our properties and services.
2. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to senior management when necessary.
3. Customer Support: Provide support to customers throughout the Post - sales process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
4. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Execute & Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions along with Banker Documents and related agreements.
5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
7. Customer Feedback, Reviews and Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences.
8. Collections & Payment Follow ups : Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding payments and maintain a high level of payment collection efficiency.
