Senior Scientist - R & D - Mana Pharma

  Job Description :

•   Lead and manage complex R&D projects focused on Route of Synthesis and process optimization.

•   Conduct the advanced laboratory research and analysis to improve the performance, Efficiency, and sustainability of existing product.

•   Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental and industry standards during all phase of research and developments.

•   To Plan the activities of various projects by HOD/Manager/Team leader.

•   Involve in new product development execution of product knowledge and documentation.

•   To analyse the data generated during process implementation from bench scale, piloting to commercial manufacturing of new products

•   Pilot trial and plant batches trouble shooting and monitoring.

•   Responsible for achieving lab records & Registers.

•   To maintain GMP of laboratory.

•   To Supervise and provide all technical support.

•   Coordinating with AD and QA for analysis and documentation of allotted projects.

•   Reporting the R&D Day to day activities to HOD.

•   Follow any other work assigned by the HOD.

•   Utilize Chem sketch and Chem Draw to design, visualize, and communicate complex chemical structures, reactions, and process.

•   Compile and analyse raw material costs, ensuring accurate pricing and budget management for product development.

  Skills :

•   Expert in chemical synthesis, analytical chemistry, and product development.

•   Strong knowledge on R&D, QA/QC Laboratory instruments.

•   Proficiency in designing and executing complex experiments, including statical analysis of data.

•   Experience of process scale-up from laboratory to manufacturing.

•   Strong publication records demonstrate contributions to the field.

•   Good leadership and communication skills.
