Financial Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, investment analysis, and portfolio management, with a focus on private equity funds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial statements, projections, and valuation models for potential investments

- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking

- Develop financial models (DCF, LBO) to evaluate investment opportunities

- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio monitoring

- Prepare investment memoranda, presentation materials, and reports for stakeholders

- Monitor portfolio company performance, identifying areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies, investors, and advisors

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory

- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, accounting, and finance principles

- Experience with private equity fund accounting, administration, and compliance

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred

- Proficient in Excel, financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet), and data analytics tools

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience with fund structuring, tax planning, and regulatory compliance

- Familiarity with alternative investment platforms and systems (e.g., eFront, Dynamo)

- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory environments

- Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA)
