Job Description
- Engage with Deliotte team to finalise the SOP s for various departments under the Omni-Channel program
- Implement the Omni-Channel SOP s across the organisation by engaging with stakeholders in various departments
- Drive adoption of Endless aisle, Clienteling app in stores as per the set targets of the business
- Ensuring CRM data is captured at stores and updated as per the SOP
- Identify issues and problems in adoption of Omni-Channel tools and work with stakeholders (internal/ external) to address them on priority
- Set OMS order flow guidelines after discussing with Merchandising, Retail team and E-commerce, this needs to be reviewed on a continuous basis and efficiency improved
- Track and Grow Store fulfilment of Endless aisle / Online orders - this covers, BOPIS, BOSS, ROPIS etc, achieve business targets assigned to store fulfilment
- Ensuring E-catalogue is updated and inventory is available for all channels to consume as per business needs
- Working with Merchandising team to ensure the Planogram is updated
- Working with Omni-Channel SPOC in marketing to ensure campaigns are enabled across channels
- Highlight issues faced by stores in processing orders/ using the application to IT team and work on resolving them on priority
