Functional Responsibilities

⚫ Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth migration of relevant customer data from existing systems to the clientele application, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

⚫ Conduct thorough testing of the clientele application in a store environment to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.

⚫ Collaborate with IT teams and software vendors to ensure the application meets the required performance and functionality standards.

⚫ Develop and deliver communication materials, including user guides, FAQs, and training documentation, to assist store employees in adopting the clientele application effectively.

⚫ Monitor the adoption and usage of the clientele application in retail stores, tracking key performance indicators such as customer engagement, sales, and customer satisfaction.
