Legal/CS Internship

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Legal Interns for a 6-month internship. Please note, we are looking for immediate joiners.

Role Objective Responsible for supporting the legal team of Malabar Group in various areas of law, including research, compliance, documentation, and general assistance.

Primary Responsibilities

Functional responsibilities

l Conduct research on relevant case laws and provide summaries and analysis to the legal team.

l Assist in the research and analysis of intellectual property laws and regulations.

l Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements across different regions.

l Collect quarterly certificates from all regions and maintain proper documentation.

l Review and analyse approvals and licenses and inform the Showroom accounts about upcoming renewals.

l Participate in the standardization process of the Letter of Intent (LOI).

l Assist in the standardization of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

l Contribute to the development and standardization of Accommodation Agreements to ensure clarity and adherence to legal requirements.

l Standardization of Leave and License Agreements.

l Responsible for supporting the legal team in standardizing the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Agreement

l Provide support to the legal team as per their requirements and assist with various tasks.
