Order Management Executive

A. Role Objective

Responsible for facilitating seamless order coordination, planogram validation, and efficient Rams-based order placement, ensuring timely delivery through effective vendor collaboration and proactive status inquiries for optimal supply chain management.

Functional Responsibilities

l Collaborate closely with stores and customers to facilitate the punctual placement of orders, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric ordering process.

l Thoroughly validate each order against the established Planogram to guarantee accuracy and alignment with strategic merchandising plans.

l Execute precise order placement using Rams, demonstrating proficiency in the system to maintain meticulous records and streamline the ordering workflow.

l Effectively coordinate with vendors, overseeing the timely dispatch of goods to stores, fostering a reliable and efficient supply chain.

l Conduct regular inquiries regarding the status of goods, actively addressing and resolving any potential issues to maintain a smooth order fulfillment process.

l Foster strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and coordination, ensuring a collaborative approach to on-time delivery.

l Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in order placement, minimizing errors and optimizing efficiency in the ordering and fulfillment cycle.

l Utilize Rams software for efficient order tracking, providing real-time updates on the movement and status of orders in the supply chain.

l Maintain a customer-centric focus, proactively addressing inquiries and concerns related to order status and ensuring a positive customer experience.

l Contribute to the overall success of the supply chain process by combining meticulous order coordination, Planogram validation, Rams proficiency, vendor collaboration, and proactive communication with stores and customers.
