Role & responsibilities

Customer Service

• Drive sales through the engagement of customers, understand their requirements and assign a sales executive to close the leads.
• Implement and execute all customer experience guidelines and protocols that are set by the Retail leadership in order to provide a differentiated level of service.
• Understand, monitor and record store footfall and customer walk-ins and develop plans to address them targeting customer delight.
• Understand customers buying patterns & preferences and strategically plan for the improvement of customer satisfaction levels.
• Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up to ensure their requests have been met with satisfaction.
• To implement an effective customer handling procedure to minimize customer grievance level by efficiently managing all the executives of the respective floor.
• Interact with customers to build relationships and leverage the same to generate leads for the store.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the store and communicate customer experiences and feedback to the Senior Management.

Functional Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the respective floor and staff; efficiently delegate responsibilities.
• Ensure that the customers are supplied with refreshments and are properly attended by the GR team.
• Maintain attendance and movement register to get track of walk-in customers and employees respectively.
• Conduct analysis on the customer data gathered related to pre-purchase, conversion, footfall data, etc.).

Visual Merchandising

• Manage the overall ambiance of the respective floor through maintenance of displays (E.g., dangler, standee, store decorations, etc.), neatness and adhere to the VM guidelines.

Marketing

• Monitor In-store engagement activities during Store launch, product exhibitions and ensure its smooth functioning.
• Tele-calling: Call up potential customers(leads), invite existing and potentia customers to exhibitions, publicize promotional events/campaigns, etc.
• Conduct competitor study and perform an in-depth analysis on the products, pricing, policies etc. of the competitors.

Schemes

• Manage customers in the scheme opening process and ensure timely reminders related to the scheme payment dues to the customers.
