Role & responsibilities

Responsible to ensure accurate cash book management and expense recording at MBMG.

Functional Responsibilities

• Handle accounting entries in the cash book, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of cash transactions.
• Book and categorize various expenses accurately within the accounting system.
• Verify and review expense invoices, ensuring that all invoices are complete, compliant with company policies, and supported by appropriate documentation.
• Monitor the cash book and expenses entries to ensure accuracy and consistency with financial records.
• Ensure timely and organized recording of expenses to support accurate financial reporting and audits.
