AI ML Lead

Were seeking a strategic AI/ML leader to take charge in advancing Bank's AI initiatives. As an AI/ML Lead, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning, data science, and banking to deliver high impact solutions that drive the business forward. This role combines technical and functional responsibilities, guiding teams to innovate AI and ML solutions that create measurable business outcomes across multiple functions within Banking Vertical.

Core Requirements:

• 3+ years of applied experience in AI and ML, with a minimum of 3 years leading cross-functional AI/ML projects that directly impact business outcomes.
• Advanced experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven track record of building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) with advanced knowledge of the entire ML development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into functional, business oriented language that influences decision-making at the executive level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a capacity to work with ambiguity and prioritize initiatives with high business impact.

Preferred:

• Extensive experience in Banking and a solid understanding of banking
• products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and their integration within
• financial ecosystems (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools, allowing
• for dynamic adaptation to evolving business needs.
• Experience in working on Credit Cards, Retail Banking products .
• Must be proficient in Python and SQL
• Experience working banking domain
