About the function:

- myPartner is a new strategic business unit of MakeMyTrip Group launched in 2020 that aims to provide a differentiated suite of travel products, such as domestic and international hotels, flights, and holiday packages, to travel agent partners across the country.

- In a short span, the business has scaled up to have more than forty thousand (41k) travel agent partners active on its platform.

- Being a new business, we are continuously building innovative solutions to meet the dynamic needs of our travel agent partners and to help them grow their travel businesses.

About the role:

- In this role, you will lead the 'Platform, loyalty and new Initiatives' product at myPartner.

- This role gives immense opportunity to build travel products at scale and solve complex problem statements to unlock the next phase of growth in the B2B2C arm of Makemytrip.

What will you be doing:

- Own the product charter for your area and deliver the same through cross-functional collaboration and execution excellence.

- Conceptualize and build Consumer products & features which are impactful and scalable.

- Own Product KPIs, constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.

- Gather meaningful insights through consistent customer engagements, analyzing data, to shape requirements, features and building towards the product vision.

- Collaborate with Business leaders, Engineers, UI/UX teams, etc. to deliver successful products.

Qualification & Experience:

- Post-graduate preferably from tier-1 campus with 6-8 years of experience in product management.

- Your ability with strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management.

- Experience working with complex data-sets using standard data analysis tools & techniques (Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint, SQL querying)

- Prior experience with Google Analytics/ Omniture will be an added advantage.

- Engineers or Management graduates from reputed institute with 2 to 6 years of experience in product management role for a consumer facing, technology enabled business/product.
