HRMS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the HRMS attendance system.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
• Generate attendance reports for HR and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with attendance policies and labor laws.
• Provide support and training to employees on the HRMS system.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration.
• Ensure that to prepare the list of exit employees and prepare their final computation within 24 hours post employees LWD
• Ensure to get the left employees consent on the final computation calculation
• Ensure to complete the full and final settlement with 7 days TAT
• Ensure to cancel the VISA / Labour Cancellation papers of left employees within 7 days TAT
• Coordinate with travel desk team for ticket booking in case of Non-renewal/Termination Case)
