Junior and Senior Architect | Real Estate

Junior Architect with 4+ years of experience in residential design. The ideal candidate will create functional and aesthetic architectural plans, collaborating with senior architects, clients, and teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop residential architectural plans per client needs and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project managers.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery under deadlines and pressure.
• Conduct site visits for design compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants.
• Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit for planning and visualization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and sustainable practices.

Senior Architect will lead the design, planning, and execution of real estate projects, ensuring functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design residential/commercial buildings per municipal regulations.
• Develop and modify plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies for approvals.
• Oversee architectural processes from concept to execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
• Conduct feasibility studies, budgeting, and risk assessments.

Profile & Skills:

• Proactive, result-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of interior design, site execution, and rate analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in Architecture or related field.
• Junior Architect 4+ years and Senior Architect 8+ years in architectural design & project management of residential design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and construction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in large-scale residential/commercial projects.
• Familiarity with DCPR Norms and NBC.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a team setting.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws & sustainable design.
