Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on web-based applications. This role involves handling requirement gathering, preparing Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and managing client relationships, particularly with US-based clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to collect and analyze business requirements for web-based applications.
• Documentation: Develop clear, concise BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document), ensuring all requirements are well-defined and align with business goals.
• Client Handling: Maintain regular communication with US-based clients, ensuring all requirements are met, and act as a liaison between the client and the technical team.
• Project Management Support: Assist in project management tasks, track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, testing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
• Web-Based Application Knowledge: Ensure that the business requirements are aligned with the best practices for web-based application development and implementation.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide assistance during the post-launch phase, including troubleshooting, training, and gathering feedback from end-users.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business analysis, particularly for web-based applications.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD).
• Ability to manage client relationships, particularly with US clients.
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Technical acumen to understand the functionalities of web-based applications.
• Not involved in pre-sales activities.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in the US market.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
