Job Title: Automation Tester

Location : Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

Comprehend the flow of code and how it interacts with different components;

Establish, maintain, and run test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms;

Develop test scenarios and acceptance tests to confirm the functionality of software;

Investigate customer complaints, test bugs, and create/manage bug reports;

Work collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues across all systems;

Stay informed about testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends, and contribute to the improvement of existing practices and processes;

Coordinate closely with the Functional QA and Development teams to address both functional and technical issues;

Collaborate with the technical lead for the deployment of code automation;

Mentor and guide junior developers to encourage skill enhancement and career growth.

Nice to have:

Experience using Cucumber for behavior driven development (BDD) in automated testing;

Familiarity with Cypress for end-to-end testing in modern web applications;

Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting in automation.
