Job Description
- The Lead Scripter - Would be involved in developing PRASE scripts based on the specifications provided. This role would involve working very closely with the business analysts (more in a pair programming mode)
- Extensive and demonstrable experience (at least 6 years in relation to:
- Experience in some scripting language
- Experience in writing SQL analysis which is required for data analysis.
- Experience in unit testing of the developed code.
- Working with customers, Business analysts in understanding the business requirements.
- This would also involve creating documentation around scripts
- Experience implementing North American Life & Annuity products on Policy Administration systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Group and Individual North American L&A Insurance domain a definitive plus.
- Estimating the effort required to build the scripts
- Identifying opportunities to meet customer business objectives using business logic and configuring applications to meet those objectives
- Degree in Math / related
- Experience working in software companies building software in above areas for 5-10 years
- Experience on Life, health, Annuity or supporting those products
- Experience working on Production Support type of projects
