Job Title : Maintenance Manager (Instrumentation & Electrical)

Experience : 10 yrs to 15 yrs

Job Location : Daman

Required Skills:

• Must be able to handle the maintenance department independently.
• Managing and undertaking scheduled maintenance,implementation of preventive maintenance programs, implementation of special maintenance and control of technical results
• Must have sound knowledge Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / PLC Troubleshooting/HMI/VFD, Sensor, Semiconductor devices and etc..
• Must have experience of extrusion machines & farrel machines/processes effective troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine electrical maintenance, inspections & repairs of utility machines to ensure their optimal performance.
• Need to manage electrical breakdowns & resolve the issue within TAT
• Supervising engineering and technical staff Managing budget, checking of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Relevant technical knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Team working skills.
• Should be well versed in preparing reports, E-mails , etc.
