Senior Engineer / Engineer - Maintenance

Role & responsibilities:

• Holding the responsibility of maintaining Plant machinery & keep them in original condition using regular Predictive / Preventive & Breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure maximum Uptime for Mould Shop & Utility equipments in Hinjewadi plant.
• Ensuring 100% compliance to the PM Schedule.
• Follow IATF procedure and documentation
• Follow ISO 14001 procedure and documentation
• Commissioning of new equipments in Moldshop providing utility support
• Calibration of Process equipments as per IATF requirements.
• Implementation of the improvements identified.
• Energy saving & Improvement Projects

Competencies : Knowledge and Skills (Functional Only) :

• Electrical/Electronics Maintenance of Moulding Machinery and equipments of more than 2000T
• Should be able to do the maintenace of the Hydraulic rexroth Make Pumps,Hydraulic cylinders ,seal replacement, Pressure Box replacement .
• Should be able to do theindependently predictive maintenance of the molding Machine
• Identifying the areas for cost saving & Implementation of these projects
• Electrical & Mechanical spares Management and ensure availability of all critical spares
• Spares cost reduction and control
• Troubleshooting of the Hydraulic and electrical system of injection molding machine
• Should be aware about the maintenance systems like ,Why why analysis ,Root cause analysis ,QC stories.
