Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate is having the knowledge of PLC / HMI basic programming.
2. Candidate is having the knowledge of on-line remote access with our Machine vendors or any 3rd party suppliers.
3. Candidate is having the Knowledge of Assembly process & US welding machine
4. Candidate is having the knowledge of TPM, condition base maintenance, Time base maintenance & Predictive maintenance.
5. Candidate is having the Utility knowledge of DG, Compressor, Cranes, Chillers, CTR feeding systems.
6. Candidate is having the knowledge of HT & LT Panel.
7. Candidate is having robot stitching, Robot programming.
8. Candidate is having the knowledge of ISO-TS -16949 & Maintenance documents. ( MTTR/MTBF/PM/BD)
9. Candidate is having Vibration welding machine process , Robot programming.
10. Candidate is having Weakening by milling machine.
