Appian Developer - BPM Applications

Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy robust Appian BPM applications, leveraging your expertise in Appian 22x/23x.- Participate in end-to-end Appian implementations, contributing to design, development, deployment, and packaging phases.- Utilize Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, Documents, Knowledge Center, and Data Management features effectively.- Develop custom plugins and integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs and Connected Systems.- Collaborate with teams in an Agile development environment, adhering to best practices and coding standards.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise information on project progress and technical solutions.- Leverage Appian technical documentation and community resources to build innovative prototypes.- Contribute to the development of user guides for new projects and enhancements.Qualifications :- 5+ years of total IT experience, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Appian development.- Appian Level 2 Certification is mandatory.- Proven experience in designing and developing Appian BPM applications.- Strong understanding of Appian Objects, including Records, Sites, Actions, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, SAIL Interfaces, CDTs, Process Models, Constants, Decisions, Integrations, Data Stores, Groups, etc. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Ability to effectively contribute to screen and workflow designs for moderate-sized projects.- Proven ability to leverage Appian technical documentation and community resources.- Experience with coding, configuration, debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and documentation.
