Connectivity Middleware Engineer - WebOS Development

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Connectivity Middleware Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies, with expertise in developing middleware solutions for the WebOS platform.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Wi-Fi and Bluetooth middleware for our WebOS platform.

- Implement and optimize Bluetooth profiles, such as A2DP and AVRCP.

- Develop and maintain Wi-Fi Direct functionality.

- Integrate Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with GStreamer for multimedia streaming.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity in our products.

- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity-related issues.

- Stay updated on the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth standards and technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in connectivity middleware development.

- Strong proficiency in C++.

- In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies.

- Experience with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers and protocols.

- Understanding of Wi-Fi Direct and its applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with WebOS development.

- Knowledge of Linux kernel and device drivers.

- Familiarity with connectivity testing tools and standards.

- Experience with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth power management.
