AM/DM - Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handling project scope mapping, Project Scheduling & planning, Resource planning, Client interaction and Service Vendor Management.
• Internal coordination with Engineering, Procurement, QA, Commercial, HSE and Construction departments.
• Creating Dashboards for management review & conduct weekly review meeting, Driving Data Analytics for process efficiencies, Conduct DWM with internal stakeholders & Direct service cost management.
• Deliver assigned project scope within budget & time, ensuring the overall quality of the work.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive project plan and perform project integration.
• Monitor the project progress according to established schedules and budget.
• Facilitate Kick-off meeting, design reviews, project reviews within the team and with customers.
• Review and interpret customer technical specifications.
• Prepare & present progress reports from start to finish according to schedule & Scope.
• Handle change in scope through the change management process.
• Perform project risk management for the project.
• Facilitation of review and finalization of engineering documents, including specifications, drawings, MDL (Master Document List), design documents & reports and procedures.
• Liaise with third-party contractors, vendors, channel partners, inspection agencies and statutory bodies.
• Manage vendors in timely completion of vendor scope of work.
• Coordinate with Finance and customers in clearing invoice payments for the project.
• Ensure compliance to project closure / Handover requirements.
• Development of innovative methodology of work wherever essential while complying to the conventional work methodologies
• Review project budget and suggest adequate measures to achieve resource optimisation.
• Co-ordinate with various sub-contractors to ensure completion of work as per time, quality and schedule.
• Process enhancement & digitalization
• Set weekly and monthly targets for project team.
