Manager FP&A

Role & responsibilities

• Working on monthly MIS to monitor budget adherence and provide variance analyses to identify trends
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
• Produce the weekly KPI package for the corporate leadership.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, Cash Flow and capital expenditures and present monthly results for MIS
• Work closely with accounting, operations, and other departments to collect accurate data and ensure consistency in reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis for group and internal reporting
• Work on improving and optimizing finance processes
• Work on finance presentation for Board Meetings and other senior management discussion

Work with IT and Finance teams to maintain and improve SAP and automate report for MIS and other reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with SAP and Hyperion
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
