Chief-Site Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Planning, Scheduling / Rescheduling, Cost control & Quality control by visiting all sites on regular intervals.
• Micro level monitoring of all project parameters viz., Time, Cost, Quality.
• Leading a team of Project Leaders / Managers
• Value Engineering at site level
• Coordination with consultants / Vendors / Contractors / MHRIL Corporate office Team
• Sorting out local issues / Site issues

Candidate Qualification / Profile Preferred:

• B.E (Civil) / B.Tech (Civil) / with 12-15 years of experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering above 15-18 years of experience.
• Project Management /Construction Management degree from NICMAR or from reputed institute.
• Knowledge in Project Management Process
• Completion of minimum five Hotel & Resort projects from concept to completion
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good Technical knowledge (Civil / MEP/ INTERIORS/LANDSCAPING)
• Very good experience in Civil and Structural works
• Experience in High end interior and exterior finishes.
• Good Team Leader Skills
• Experience of working in remote sites
• Extensive travelling, all time to different sites and stay at site for long time.
