Job Description
Project Execution:
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Looking after curing and casting work on the site.
- Maintaining cleanliness on the site.
- Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Program.
- Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis.
- Fulfill the role of Temporary Works coordinator when required.
- Liaise with Jr. Civil Engineer, Sr. Civil Engineer, and Project Manager regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
Reporting:
- Evaluating the performance of contractor workers and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Reporting regarding the progress of curing and casting work on the site.
- Reporting of cleanliness on the site to the superior on daily basis.
Follow Ups:
- Taking follow ups regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions from the concerned superior.
- Taking follow up from contractors as and when needed.
- Taking follow up from Temporary Works coordinator when required.
