Job Description
- Hand on experience about engine assembly and testing.
- Experience about COP certifications.
- Knowledge about APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 7 QC tools, Poka yoke, Kaizen and so on.
- Conducting Process and product audit in assembly & testing area.
- Preparing quality / production procedures, work instructions and visual instructions.
- Knowledge about Millipore.
- Preparation, review, and control of internal technical documents.
- Coordination with other department for line trials, PPAP, ECN implementation and closure of issues (ORC).
- ensure field technical reports (FTRs) and field complaint (CVL) analysis and providing solutions.
- expertise in investigating and resolving quality issues on assembly line with root cause analysis.
- Able to read drawing and should have knowledge about GD & T.
- Should have knowledge about fuel system process.
- Should have knowledge about TREM V engine.
