Assistant Manager - MQA Machining Plant

1. Knowledge of conducting GDT, Able to do 3DCMM programming + operate 3DCMM machine.
2. Ensure proper interpretation of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) and adherence to drawings and specifications.
3. Layout inspection Drawing reading
4. Working experience of big machining component Crankcase, Cylinder Head, Transmission case, Speed housing etc.
5. Basic Functional Knowledge of Engine and Transmission Components.
6. Setup change process Validation and Verification of Machining Parameters
7. Having knowledge of SPC, X-bar R Chart etc.
8. Knowledge of FMEA/APPAP/7 QC tools. Relevant knowledge of SAP, Auditing skills
9. Daily Publishing keeping records of Audits conducted, seek the actions from the owners.
10. CFT working with Design, Manufacturing, engineering Planning teams for day-to-day problem resolution.
11. CLR defect /Customer rejection issue analysis Action and monitoring the effectiveness.
12. Basic knowledge IMS System

B.Tech / B.E - Mechanical/Production

6 - 10 Years of Relevant Experience

Hands - On Experience in MS Office

Hands-on experience in SAP/ARIBA

Good Written Verbal Communication

Experience in Contract Management

Experience in Supplier Relationship Management Negotiation

Good in Data Analysis (Data Driven Decision Making)

Experience in Supplier Risk Assessment Contingency Planning

Good in Problem Solving Critical Thinking
