Business development - Increasing number of DGs under annual contracts with telecom customers
Increasing service revenue with existing in fold customers (CAMC/ AMC/ I and C and DG refurbishment) and finding new avenues with telecom segment to leverage network strengths.
Ensuring timely delivery and quality of service.
Development of Network and ensuring sustainable Dealer Profitability

Experience
