Deputy Manager - SCM Digitization

TMS (transport management system) master data handling.

• Establish and maintain master data governance processes to maintain data quality across TMS modules.
• Regularly audit data to prevent discrepancies and ensure proper alignment with business rules and requirements
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure timely updates to master data records.
• Ensures syncing of Kinaxis SNOE cycle with TMS so ensure end to end integration.

Kinaxis System

• Support the resolution of any issues or bugs post-Release 1 go-live to ensure the system operates at optimal levels.
• Collaborate with functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Operations) to address performance bottlenecks and improve user experience.
• Conduct system health checks, data validation, and continuous improvements during the stabilization phase.
• Provide training and guidance to business users on system enhancements and fixes.
• Coordinate the deployment of Release 2 functionality as it relates to the Sales Operations Execution (SNOE) , Import Commitment in Asterisk , Import Planning.
• Work closely with Change Management teams to ensure smooth deployment of new features and capabilities.

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Computer Science / IT / EE
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Computer Science / IT / EE

3 - 5 years of years of work experience in Supply Chain Buying, Procurement, Capacity Planning.
