Job Responsibiliꢀes: -

Submit RFQs, compile quotation comparisons, conduct negotiations, issue purchase
orders, and actively track all material deliveries.
Review with the planning team and monitoring of purchase requests to guarantee 100%
On-Time In-Full deliveries.
Manage Contract Manufacturing Operations End-to-End to ensure completion of
Regular as well as development campaigns.
Co-ordinate with all Stakeholders to ensure CMO Projects are carried out smoothly
without any delay. (Sales, Production, Material Vendors, Packaging Vendors, Research
& Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and CMO Vendor Teams are all
Stakeholders.)


Plan ahead for Input Materials and strategically assess risk to ensure adequate
supplies are on hand.
Follow-up on pending purchase orders and service orders, closure of past payments,
and regular vendor payments.

Close coordination with plant teams (CFTs), end users, and R&D for any rejections, as
well as prompt support for resolving vendor-related issues/rejections and ensuring
timely CAPA implementation.
Finalizing and ensuring quarterly contracts are in place for all high-volume raw materials
at the best cost and providing supply forecasts to vendors and on-time material delivery
to the plant.

Continuously monitor feedstock for crucial and high value materials and determine
acquisition strategy.
Highlight supply concerns, past plant/CFT information, vendor visits, and ensure
business needs are met.
Timely introduction of a cost-beneficial alternative source to assure quality and service
levels.

Ensure all vendor qualifying documentation as per SOP and regulatory criteria.
Monthly MIS reports and market intelligence for key Raw Materials.

Job Requirements: -
Must Haves: -
Extensive knowledge of taxation, LC applications
Should have experience in General raw materials, key raw materials, and KSM
procurements and/or Project Management.

Effective negotiation skills and an understanding of market dynamics to facilitate
procurement at the optimal timing and price.
Required product level knowledge and comprehension of the organization's
objectives and priorities to provide the optimum procurement strategy.

Educational Qualification:
Prefer postgraduates with MBA.
Graduates with strong procurement experience from API industry will also be preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain.
