Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Supports PEH in setting and acieving system level TCP targets & Engineering Deliverables based on vehicle level TCP targets Timely release of drawings/ EBOM, Installation drawings by CoEs after incorporating feedback on feasibility of Mfg / Supplier / Service with minimal reopenings Ensures right integration of all the systems with the help of VA&VI Support in Build and Validation and lead CFT in concern resolution of the same ensuring Product desired quality Interaction with Various Engineering COEs/ Mfg/Validation team for Technical Concern resolution of Builds/ Validation / Field concerns within Engineering CFT & Leads

BE / B Tech - 8-12yrs
ME / M Tech - 6 to 10 yrs

General Requirements

Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle, Trucks & buses and their application, Future technology , trends and competition
Strong knowledge of vehicle performance, customer touch points, OPECOs
Strong understanding of aggregates & their integration of Current and Future Regulations.
Knowledge of Problem solving techniques & its application
Global 8D, fish bone, ishikawa process
Ability to analyze data, spread sheets and level analysis.

Recommend feasible engineering solutions for timely closure concerns raised from relevant stakeholders Solves for TCP trade offs and ensure that there are no overall TCP deviations Suggest technical risk mitigation plans to CPH/PEH
